Let's make Matcha with milk in BEST way

Matcha is a type of Japanese green tea that has become increasingly popular around the world. It is made by grinding high-quality tea leaves into a fine powder, which is then whisked into hot water to create a frothy and delicious beverage.

Creamy and milky matcha is a variation of traditional matcha that has gained popularity in recent years. This type of matcha is made by combining the powdered tea with milk or cream, which creates a smooth and velvety texture and adds a slightly sweet and creamy flavor.

To make creamy and milky matcha, start by sifting the matcha powder into a bowl to remove any lumps. Then, heat the milk or cream in a saucepan until it is hot but not boiling. Add the matcha powder to the milk and whisk vigorously until it is completely combined and frothy.

The result is a beautiful green beverage that is both rich and comforting. The creamy and milky matcha can be enjoyed on its own or with a sweetener such as honey or sugar. It is also delicious when paired with a traditional Japanese sweet such as a mochi or a daifuku.

In addition to its delicious taste, creamy and milky matcha also offers many health benefits. Matcha is rich in antioxidants and has been shown to boost metabolism, improve focus and concentration, and promote relaxation and stress reduction.

Overall, creamy and milky matcha is a delicious and healthy beverage that can be enjoyed at any time of day. Whether you are a matcha lover or just curious about this trendy drink, it is definitely worth giving creamy and milky matcha a try.

  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 oz hot water
  • 2 oz whole milk (or any type of milk or non-dairy milk of your choice)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  1. Sift the matcha powder into a small bowl to remove any clumps.
  2. Add the hot water to the bowl with the matcha powder and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk or electric frother until the mixture becomes smooth and frothy.
  3. Heat the milk in a small saucepan until it is hot but not boiling.
  4. Pour the hot milk into the bowl with the matcha mixture.
  5. Add honey (optional) and whisk again until everything is well combined and frothy.
  6. Pour the creamy matcha into a mug and enjoy immediately.

Note: You can adjust the amount of matcha powder and milk according to your taste preference. If you prefer a sweeter matcha, you can add more honey or other sweeteners of your choice. And if you prefer a less creamy matcha, you can use less milk or substitute with water.

My favourite

The taste is balanced And not too bitter

Thank you so much for sharing your taste review. :)

Balanced of sweetness and bitterness

This one is the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness for me. I am not fan of bitterness of tea but this combination of sweetness and little bitt of bitterness makes me feel energetic. I smell and taste the freshness with every sip in the morning. it contains 20 grams I feel the quantity is not too much. So now I wanna try their other matcha to compare.

Hello, Amber.
Thanks for leaving a thoughtful review about our matcha.

My Favorite Matcha

I have used this Koiai matcha for 3 years now since my Japanese friend recommend. I love it! It is the best I have tasted. It's fresh and nutty as well. I used to drink coffee every morning but now I make my own Matcha lattes at home. It is very dense because it is high quality ceremonial matcha so make sure you sift matcha for creamy and foaming.

Thank you for loving KOIAI Matcha. We will share this great review with our farmers. Thank you again.

Lacking customer service

I reached out twice to Osada Tea regarding my tea order, once before I bought the tea and once after regarding the discount that I did not apply and the first time a question about radiation. I never heard from anybody on either of my questions. Also the tea that I ordered tastes really bad and I don’t know why but I just can’t drink it so I was a bit of a waste of money for me and I will not be re-ordering
