This rare tea is only produced in small batches with less than 1% of Japan's total tea harvest.

It has a delightful aroma with a subtle fruity zest and is light-steamed and lightly roasted.

Instruction
For 1 serving
(1) Amount of tea leaves: 1 tsp (4g) (0.14oz)
(2) Add 200ml (6.76oz) hot water 80℃ (176℉)
(3) Steeping time: 50 seconds

Characteristics
KURITAWASE is a highly coveted cultivar produced on Tanegashima Island, which accounts for less than 1% of all tea production in Japan.
It is believed to be the first tea harvested in the country.

Special Notes
The infusion of this Sencha Kuritawase has a brilliant yellow hue, with clarity and no murkiness.
The taste is particularly invigorating, with a hint of Umami and a slight astringency.
