How long do you take to ship my order?
Typically, shipping the items within 36 hours (excluding weekends and National holidays in Japan) upon receiving your order. The shipping time for your order can vary depending on a few different factors, including the shipping method chosen, the location of the sender and receiver, and any potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, customs, incomplete order form etc.). After shipping your order, you will get a shipping email with tracking number so that you can check. *If your order form is incomplete (e.g. incorrect Address, Address is not in English, etc.), we will notify you by email.
What shipping methods do you use?
OSADATEA ships to countries worldwide. For international shipments, we use EMS, Fedex, UPS and USPS as our preferred shipping method.If you prefer a different shipping method or are unable to receive your package via EMS, Fedex, UPS or USPS, please contact customer service at b2b@osadaen.co.jp before checkout.
I don't get any email from you. What should I do?
If you're not receiving emails from us, there could be a few different reasons why. First, check your email spam or junk folder to make sure the emails haven't been filtered there by mistake. If you still can't find the emails, try adding the sender's email address to your contacts or safe senders list to ensure their emails are delivered to your inbox. My order arrived damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
We work hard to ensure orders are packed correctly and completely, and all items are packaged carefully to prevent breakage in a factory in Japan. If you experience any problem with your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance. We’re happy to rectify any problems to ensure your satisfaction.

Can I return opened tea?
OSADATEA is dedicated to sourcing only the highest quality products; your experience is important to us. If you feel the quality of our products is less than expected, please contact our customer service within 30 days of your order date. We do not honor returns, exchanges, or refunds if the issue is a matter of personal taste but do honor replacements for quality issues. Please note, as an agricultural product, some seasonal variance is to be expected in the flavor profiles of tea.
We reserve the right to evaluate situations on a case-by-case basis as other restrictions may apply.
How should I store my tea?
Similar to spices and coffee beans, dried tea leaves and powders will not “go bad” or spoil but can lose freshness over time. To maintain the quality of the tea, we recommend storing it in the resealable OSADATEA Sample Pack, away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and strong smells. Tea is hygroscopic and absorbs moisture and nearby aromas, so it is best stored away from strongly scented products such as coffee, spices, and herbs.
A cool pantry or cupboard is perfect. Remember to gently push out any excess air when resealing the bag after use!

Are your teas gluten/dairy/allergen free?
All OSADATEA products are free from ingredients containing gluten or dairy. Additionally, we do not work with ingredients containing or exposed to eggs, wheat, corn, soy, shellfish, or peanuts.
What’s the difference between OSADATEA and other Japanese Tea shops, retailers, or suppliers?
OSADATEA is a Japanese tea seller with production farms and factories in Japan, direct from the production site. Our main business is the supply of raw ingredients for B2B. Therefore, the samples we sell are commercial samples.
