OG Oolong Tea KOSHUN is a green tea from Shizuoka, Japan.

It is a naturally selected cultivar of KURASAWA and KANAYAMIDORI, with a unique fruity aroma, herbal scent and flavor.

With a medium steaming and a 3-level roasting, this special tea has a medium caffeine level, making it perfect for tea connoisseurs.


Instruction
For 1 serving
(1) Amount of tea leaves: 1 tsp (4g) (0.14oz)
(2) Add 200ml (6.76oz) hot water 95℃ (203℉)
(3) Steeping time: 150 seconds (2min 30sec)

Characteristics
Characterized by a fruity aroma released through wilting, as well as a fresh herbal scent.

Special Notes
This cultivar results from natural selection, featuring KURASAWA as the father and KANAYAMIDORI as the mother in a gradient form.
It originates in Shizuoka Prefecture and is recognized as a recommended cultivar.

1. Harvesting: Careful selection of young and tender tea leaves from the plant.

3. Tossing/Shaking: Gently crushing to begin oxidation.

5. Fixation: Heating to halt oxidation and save flavor.

7. Drying: Removal of moisture to solidify flavor.
