OG Matcha Kanayamidori is a rare, milky, grown in Japan's Miyazaki region.

It's made with 20-25 days of sun-shaded tea leaves and has a light steaming and full 7 level roasting.

Instruction

Traditional Matcha for 1 tea bowl
(1) Sift Matcha Powder: 1/2 tsp (2g) (0.07oz)
(2) Add 70ml (2.37oz) hot water 80℃ (176℉)
(3) Whisk until foamy with a bamboo Chasen

Characteristics

A rare cultivar of tea with a distinct milky scent and flavor, featuring a Japanese tea-like astringency and a pronounced umami sweetness.


Special Notes

It is exceptionally uncommon to find offerings of this Kanaya Midori matcha on the market, making this product incredibly unique.

To reduce its astringency, it is heated to a high temperature during its roasting process.

Even novice Matcha drinkers remark on its delightful taste with the very first sip.
