Matcha Tenryu Tsuyuhikari is a premium tea made with the TSUYUHIKARI cultivar, designed for beginners to experience the milder, drinkable side of matcha.

This matcha has a distinct umami flavour, with a smooth texture perfect for enjoying its milder tones.

Instruction: 

Traditional Matcha for 1 tea bowl
(1) Sift Matcha Powder: 1/2 tsp (2g) (0.07oz)
(2) Add 70ml (2.37oz) hot water 80℃ (176℉)
(3) Whisk until foamy with a bamboo Chasen

Characteristics

The Tenryu Tsuyu Hikari is fired with strong heat, producing a roasting aroma that is evident on the first sip.

This creates a smooth and refreshing Matcha which can be enjoyed easily.
