Instruction:

For 1 serving
(1) Amount of tea leaves: 1 tsp (4g) (0.14oz)
(2) Add 200ml (6.76oz) hot water 80℃ (176℉)
(3) Steeping time: 50 seconds

Characteristics

Grown from YABUKITA, Japan's most celebrated cultivar, this single origin is smooth and delicious, exhibiting a perfect harmony of aroma, flavor, and hue.

Its appearance is reminiscent of GYOKURO and gives the tea a luxurious feel.

Special Notes

The water's hue is a bright yellow, often referred to as golden. Its flavor balances of UMAMI and astringency may vary annually, presenting a unique taste each season, much like a fine wine.

It is simple to acquire a taste for, and with its increased levels of caffeine, it is recommended as an alternative to morning coffee.
