Matcha made from tea leaves grown in the Sunagawa area of Haruno-cho, Shizuoka prefecture, without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
The highest peak of organic matcha. It is a single origin of a variety called "Gokou" cultivated by Mr. Izawa, a tea farmer in the Sunagawa area who specializes in organic tea cultivation.
The roasting is also strong and processed to be easy to drink. Stone milling ceremony grade.
※This ceremonial grade matcha is ground using a stone mill, making the particles superfine and prone to clumping .To prevent clunping use a tea strainer sift your matcha for optimal froth,smoothness,and drinkability.
