Matcha made from tea leaves grown in the Isagawa area of Haruno-cho, Shizuoka prefecture, without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
This is a nicely blended matcha utilizing a Yabukita base with Okumidori and Tsuyuhikari cultivar matcha on top of that.
It is the most popular matcha with a good balance of umami, astringency and aroma.
It can be used both for cooking and for serving during Sado matcha ceremonies.
