Matcha made from tea leaves grown in the Sunagawa area of Haruno-cho, Shizuoka prefecture, without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Based on Yabukita, it is a blend of Midori and Tsuyu Hikari.
It is the most popular matcha with a good balance of umami, astringency and aroma.
It can be used both for cooking and for serving.
